Manufacturing Process
All items are produced to customer supplied prints and specifications on a contract bid basis. They can be as simple as a flat metal plate with a single hole and as complex as larger assembly containing numerous component parts that have been punched, formed, welded, sanded, plated, painted, ink-screened, installed with hardware, and mechanically assembled using screws or rivets. Most parts require three or four in-house operations and a subcontract finishing operation (either painting or plating) prior to shipment.

While providing manufactured goods, AllFab is actually a service company. The "Whole Product" we produce is more than just the metal part we ship. Industry standards allow that acceptable quality is simply supplying a product that conforms to a customer's specification. At AllFab it is much more. It is every interface the customer has with our organization. It is the customer's perception that determines value and quality.
